I recently stayed at a traditional riad not far from the iconic Blue Gate in Fes. Riad Dar Tahri made my experience exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety as a solo female traveler. They arranged a taxi from the station and personally guided me through the Medina to the riad. The spacious room had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and hot water. The peaceful atmosphere provided a welcome retreat from the bustling streets. The location, just off the main roads, was easy to find and navigate. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Hard to think of anything 😊

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a bustling market area. The location of this place was perfect - right near the entrance of the medina and close to some amazing restaurants. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful terrace that offered breathtaking views of the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, complete with all the amenities I needed, like AC and a mini fridge. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - always friendly and eager to assist with anything I needed. From organizing transportation to providing helpful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. The location, the service, and the overall experience were top-notch.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect, just off the main shopping street, making it easy to explore the maze of Fez. The staff provide friendly and attentive service, and the rooms are equipped with AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is delicious, featuring typical food and the highlight for me was the tasty spiced coffee.
All was fine, nothing to improve!

The hotel is located in a quiet alley of the Medina, yet close to the busy streets and good restaurants at the entrance of the city. Guests can arrange to be picked up at the train station by cab. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace provides a beautiful view of the surroundings. Rooms are spacious and come with all necessary amenities, including towels, soap, and shampoo.
Some guests reported that the Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it difficult to work or communicate online.

Breakfast could be improved. Some noise early in the morning.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the Medina. The location was perfect, tucked away down a quiet alley but still in the center of everything. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, even arranging for a cab to pick me up from the train station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with air conditioning to combat the scorching heat. The breakfast served each morning was a delightful feast of typical Moroccan dishes, including delicious spiced coffee.
No complaints, everything was just perfect!

What a wonderful thanksgiving stay! I really enjoyed the delicious homemade breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect with a short walking distance to the historical sights and popular restaurants. the rooftop provided a relaxing and peaceful view of the city. Lastly, the clean and comfortable rooms were fully equipped with everything I required and more.
I did find that the bathroom was in need of an update but it didn't impact my overall experience. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend for visitors looking for an enjoyable and convenient stay.

Loved the location of this hotel in the heart of the city. It's perfect for exploring the traditional shops and markets. Our room was spacious and clean, providing us with a sense of home. The breakfast was first-rate, plentiful, and free.
The bathroom was basic, lacking the luxury I would typically associate with a 5-star hotel. The bedding was not changed every day, and there was no porters assistance.
